Our well-maintained condo located in Lincoln Station Resort is available for rentals. Lincoln Station is a resort nestled at the base of Loon Mountain in Lincoln, NH (Exit 32) off RT 93. Access to the resort’s 2 tennis courts, heated indoor and outdoor pool& jacuzzi. The townhouse has a full kitchen, enjoy a glass of wine or hot chocolate with the kids at the fireplace on a cold evenings.

Lincoln Station Retreat is a full furnished condo with fully stocked Kitchen, in unit Laundry, Towels, Soaps, Shampoo and Conditioner for every guest. Extra towels on Laundry area, pillows and blankets in closets. Back deck has table and chairs that seat 6 with additional chairs and small table. Propane Grill with grilling utensils located at grill.

Living room has 55" Smart Tv, first floor Bedroom has a 40" Smart TV for the Gamers. Each Bedroom has a 32" Smart Tv, there is WIFI and Cable TV.

First Floor Includes:

Living Room with Eat In Dinning Room, Full Kitchen and 1st Floor Bedroom with 2 Bunks and a Trundle Bed. Access to the back porch for Cooking or just enjoying the evening air and a Half Bath.

Second Floor Includes:

Two Bedroom's. The first bedroom has Queen Size Bed, One Full Size Bed and a Full Bath. The second bedroom has a Queen Size Bed and a Full Bath. The Laundry is also on the second level with detergent, bleach and dryer sheets.

Parking is 2 cars in front of unit with additional parking across from unit.

Club house has indoor and outdoor pool, Hot Tub and sauna.

Our Family has been vacationing in Lincoln NH since Michael was a young child. Our family would ski during Christmas Vacation every year. When our son got older he would spend a good amount of time in the Lincoln area riding his motorcycle, and is favorite place to eat was Flapjack's right in Lincoln Center, his favorite meal of the day is breakfast.

My wife Lisa and I enjoy our time there, Hiking and riding our Motorcycle.

Breakfast at Flapjacks and Dinner at La Vista Restaurant right in the River Walk Resort Hotel.
